Empowering the youth of Lakey (particularly aged 7–14) to grow into resilient, confident individuals ready to compete globally through an integrated surf camp program:

  • Surf Training & Water Safety: Professional surfing technique coaching, athlete discipline management, and marine safety (water rescue & lifeguard certification).

  • Self-Confidence & Public Speaking: Mental training, perseverance, character building, and the courage to perform and speak publicly.

  • Coastal English & Global Communication: Interactive English classes training children to communicate naturally with tourists and the international community.

  • Media Literacy & Digital Creativity: Introduction to digital ethics (cyberbullying prevention), creative content creation, and storytelling techniques to enable children to positively promote themselves, their natural beauty, and local culture.

2. Health
Ensuring optimal nutritional fulfillment for young athletes and healthcare services for the coastal community:

  • Young Surfer Nutrition Program: Providing nutritious supplementary food and regular protein intake for children and young surfers during their growth phase, produced directly by the local women's community kitchen.

  • Sports Healthcare & Emergency Response: Providing a field health post for water sports injury management and medical emergency response for the coastal community.

3. Environmental Conservation

Preserving terrestrial and marine ecosystems as a long-term asset for the region:

  • Beach Cleanup Movement & Community Waste Bank: Household waste segregation education and regular beach clean-up actions integrated with a recycling system (Save+Wave / Wave2Waste).

  • Coral Reef & Mangrove Restoration: Mangrove replanting and coral reef conservation programs to maintain natural coastal barriers against erosion and protect the natural habitats of lobsters and fish.

4. Social & Economy

Strengthening household economic resilience through coastal women's empowerment and local value-chain inclusion directly connected to Tenggara's commercial units:

  • Coastal Women's Economic Empowerment (Coastal Women Incubation): Management and processing of local food products to supply the consumption needs of Tenggara Retreat and ESOK’s children's nutrition program.

  • Eco-Craft & Textiles: Management and processing of recycled materials into eco-friendly products absorbed directly by Tenggara Studio and Tenggara Retreat.

  • Financial Literacy & Family Business Management: Mentoring on household financial management and access to inclusive banking/cooperatives for coastal women's groups.

  • Young Surfer Family Incentives: Providing incentives for young surfers' families to ensure children continue formal education and participate in the surf camp.

  • Community Partnership & Cooperative Inclusion: Capacity-building assistance for local fisherfolk and farmer groups to prepare them for fair trade partnerships with Tenggara Technology’s PLTS/BESS infrastructure, cold storage supply chain, and processing facilities.
